We are unable to offer on-campus Vanderbilt housing to graduate and professional students.\u00a0 To support the needs of new and continuing graduate and professional students, our office provides a web-based Off-Campus Housing Service<\/a>.\u00a0 The service lists information on various housing options located in the Nashville and surrounding communities.\u00a0 Listings are searchable by cost, distance to campus, number of bedrooms, and a variety of other parameters.\u00a0 In addition, the service provides an option to search for Vanderbilt-affiliated roommates.\u00a0 Active Vanderbilt credentials are required to access the service after thirty (30) days, and to utilize the roommate feature.<\/p>\n

Additionally, The Broadview at Vanderbilt<\/a> will be available to graduate and professional students beginning the fall of 2023. Located just steps from the ÎåÒ»²è¹Ý¶ù campus in the heart of midtown Nashville, The Broadview at Vanderbilt invites graduate and professional students into a community of collaboration and elevated living space. The Broadview at Vanderbilt offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes<\/a> with features such as a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, upgraded appliances, hardwood-inspired floors, and washer\/dryer.
