Overview
Elsa Fong, class of 2029, is pursuing majors in Physics and Applied Mathematics. Elsa began working on the VINSE Tech Crew over the summer of 2026 where she concentrated on photolithography and liftoff processes. She enjoys learning the technical processes of research inside of the cleanroom and gathering direct experience in fabrication at the nanoscale. She appreciates the ability to grow skills in problem-solving and creativity as part of the Tech Crew, as well as to learn more about nanoscale processes in real-world applications. Outside of the cleanroom, Elsa loves crafting of all kinds, getting outside on a hike or run, or having conversations of faith with the Nashville Navigators.
