If your Vanderbilt ID badge is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to report it immediately by contacting Vanderbilt Card Services.
Students are responsible for any fines or any other activity that takes place with lost or stolen badges until they are deactivated through the Vanderbilt Card Services site.
School Administration reserves the right to modify this policy.
