  • Scheduling
    1. Kit requests are due by the VSTEP meeting of the previous month.听
    2. At the workshop, all Learning Community members will share contact info,
      class times, and availability.
    3. On the Kits Calendar (by invitation), reserve kit for the day you will pick it up
      through the day you expect to return it, and note what
      day(s)/time(s)/classroom(s) will be using it. Include these info in the title of
      your calendar event.
    4. Prioritize keeping reservations as planned, once the monthly rotation is set. If
      participants need to change kit request dates past the monthly deadline, it is
      their responsibility to proactively communicate with kits staff and all learning
      community members who have signed up for the same kit that month.
    5. If a kit handoff between instructors happens without return to the office in
      between, make that clear in advance, so materials can be provided and used
