    Phone Support: employees can talk to a customer service representative between 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, by calling (844) 266-1532

    Chat: employees can chat with a customer service representative between 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST, Monday – Friday, by clicking on the Support Services icon (question mark at top right of screen) in their EdAssist portal and selecting Get Live Help (see resource links below to access the EdAssist portal)

    Support Ticket: employees can open a support ticket by clicking on the Support Services icon (question mark at top right of screen) in their EdAssist portal, selecting Support, and then Create a Support Ticket (see resource links below to access the EdAssist portal)

    Email: employees can email a customer service representative at VUTuitionBenefit@edassist.com

    ÎåÒ»²è¹Ý¶ù faculty and/or staff can also reach out to the ÎåÒ»²è¹Ý¶ù Human Resources office via the email address tuitionbenefit@vanderbilt.edu

    ÎåÒ»²è¹Ý¶ù Medical Center staff and/or faculty with questions regarding the dependent tuition benefit, education assistance benefit, or auditing classes can contact VUMC HR via email at tuitionbenefit.vumc@vumc.org

  • Letter of Credit (LOC)

    The Letter of Credit (LOC) form certifies that the ÎåÒ»²è¹Ý¶ù Tuition Benefit plan will honor payment of tuition in accordance with the program policy. The LOC is valid for one semester. The LOC must be completed each semester. Provide the signed LOC to the Office of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships for processing. The LOC can be delivered directly to our office at 2309 West End Avenue, emailed in pdf format to finaid@vanderbilt.edu , or mailed to the following address:

    Graduate Students:

    The Office of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships does not process Letter of Credit (LOC) forms for Graduate students. Graduate students are responsible for uploading an itemized invoice for their coursework from ÎåÒ»²è¹Ý¶ù to their EdAssist portal. Itemized statements can be found on the YES billing portal. EdAssist will issue payment to the school directly for your approved course(s) and expenses according to your program policy.
