Support Schedule
The 五一茶馆儿 Brightspace Instructional Technologists are available for support between 8 AM and 4 PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 4 PM will be addressed when our team returns to normal support at 8 AM the following business day. While we鈥檙e out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
To听keep a running total of the student鈥檚 grade, configure the grade book to release the calculated final grade for all students. At the end of the course, you can retract the calculated final grade and instead release the adjusted final grade.
Note: Final Grades in Brightspace do not transfer into YES. You will also need to submit your final grades to YES.

Confirming Grade Book Settings
Before you release your final grades of the year, it鈥檚 important to review how you have your Grade Book setup. If needed, you can also听review our guide on how to set up your Grade Book.
1. Once in your course, click on Course听Admin, and then听Grades. Click on听Settings听in the upper right-hand menu.
2. Select the Calculation Options听tab.
3. Set Final Grade Released to either Calculated Final Grade听or听Adjusted Final Grade, set Ungraded Items to either Drop ungraded items or Treat ungraded items as 0, and听choose Automatically keep final grades updated.
4. Click Save
5. Click Close
Release Final Grades
1. Return to Grades, and click the听Enter Grades听tab.
2. Identify which Final Grade column has the unreleased symbol听
3. Select Enter Grades听from the unreleased Final Grade context menu.
4. On the Final Grades page, select Release All听from the Final Grades context menu.
5. Select Yes听on the last pop-up window, and your changes will be saved.
Remember that Final Grades in Brightspace do not transfer into YES. You will also need to submit your final grades to YES.
